Order Confirmation and Electronic Communication

After you place an order, you'll receive an email confirming that we've received it. This email does not necessarily mean your order has been accepted. We'll communicate our acceptance of your order by sending you a separate email confirming that your order has been shipped. For digital products, an email will be sent with confirmation and immediate delivery of the digital product purchased.

For your convenience and ours, most of our communication will be electronic. By using our site, you agree to receive emails and notices posted on our website. This includes order confirmations, shipping updates, and other important information regarding our transaction. This electronic communication meets legal requirements for written communication, but it doesn't affect any statutory rights you may have

Product Colors

We use a combination of manufacturer images and our own photographs. While we strive for accuracy, colors may appear slightly different on your screen due to variations in monitor settings. Additionally, dye lots may vary, so slight color differences may occur between purchases of the same product. If you have any questions about colors, please don't hesitate to contact us.

Handmade Products

The prices for our handmade products reflect the cost of materials, the time and skill involved in their creation, and operating expenses. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

Digital Products

The prices for our digital products are based on the value they provide, the cost of development, and market considerations. Prices are subject to change without notice, but any changes will not affect orders that have already been placed.

General Pricing Information

  • All prices are displayed in [your currency] and are inclusive of any applicable sales tax (unless otherwise stated).

  • Shipping costs for physical products are calculated separately and will be added to your order total at checkout.

  • We reserve the right to adjust prices due to errors, changes in costs, or other unforeseen circumstances. However, we will honor the original price for any orders placed before the price adjustment.

Delivery Terms and Conditions

“Made-to-Order” Production Time

Our “made-to-order” handmade products are cut, cleaned, prepared for their craft, machine and hand sewn, and then finished. Please allow up to 2 weeks for your order to be crafted unless the item is pre-made and listed as "in stock." We will notify you as soon as your order is shipped.

Shipping Time

We typically use USPS Ground Advantage® for shipping within the United States. You can find more information about this service and estimated delivery times on the USPS website: https://www.usps.com/ship/packages.htm

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and other factors beyond our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of your order and your delivery address. You can view the shipping cost for your order at checkout before you confirm your purchase.

International Shipping

At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. But, If you would like to purchase internationally, please contact us via contact@gentlelifeshop.store for us to accommodate you.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track the progress of your delivery on the USPS website.  

Delivery Address

Please ensure that your delivery address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  

Lost or Damaged Packages

While we take care in packaging your orders, we cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage that may occur during shipping. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim.

Returns Policy

We want you to be completely happy with your purchase from Gentle Life Shop. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you may return your item(s) within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund, provided the item(s) are in their original condition.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received them.

  • Items must be in their original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Digital products are not eligible for returns.

  • Any supplies must be in the original packing and condition provided (any cut materials are non-refundable)

  • Digital products are not eligible for returns, except in cases where there is a dispute regarding the content provided and the product description.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at contact@gentlelifeshop.store to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.

  2. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.

  3. Pack the item(s) securely in appropriate packaging to prevent damage during shipping.

  4. Ship the package back to us using the provided label.

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item(s) and confirm they are in their original condition, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow 7 business days for the refund to be processed.

Exceptions

We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item(s) are not in their original condition or show signs of wear and tear.

All content is prompted, edited, and revised by myself, Josefina Amaro, or a member of my team. This helps us to be more efficient and reduce our mental load as a small business.

However, we want to assure you that:

  • We do not use AI to generate any product images. All product photos are authentic and taken by us or provided by our suppliers.

  • We do not represent ourselves or our products as being AI-generated. Our handmade items are crafted with care by human hands. We do not sell AI-generated digital products, they are made by hand on a graphic design app or tool.

  • We always review and edit AI-generated content to ensure accuracy, quality, and alignment with our brand voice.
